The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective is a place for you to discuss ideas, opinions, and experiences at 7-Eleven. Conversations vary: we may be talking about your favourite Slurpees and sandwiches today, and tomorrow, we’ll be talking about fuel – whether that is coffee for you or petrol for your car.

How do I give some feedback directly to 7-Eleven?

How are my survey responses handled?

Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by Evolved Insights and are then provided to key team members at 7-Eleven, who will then use this data to make informed decisions on how to improve 7-Eleven products and services.

Will I get to see the results?

From time to time we may provide information on what we have learnt via the website.

If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?

If an idea of yours is implemented, we may give you credit on our community web page, but members will not receive any compensation if any idea conceived or discussed on The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective is implemented or used in any way. All rights in the content published and all material and data generated by or on the website as result of your participation is owned by us or 7-Eleven. How do I register to be part of The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective?

Please register for The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective by visiting here and providing your First Name, Last name, and email address. To become a member you must read, and agree to The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. For further details on how we manage your personal information please visit The Evolved Group's Privacy Policy.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your email address and a link that will direct you to The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective site. From there we’d love you to fill out some profile information including your age, gender, your 7-Eleven loyalty ID and postcode so we can get to know you better and can tailor the most relevant content and surveys for you.

How do I update my details?

You can update your details at any time via your My Profile page.

Prizes and rewards

How do I earn points?

You can earn points on The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective by being active on the community webpage. Quick polls, surveys and conversations all earn you points. Each activity will display the relevant point earn rate. Activities within The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective have an associated points value depending on the type of activity. Each activity will display the relevant point earn rate. Each point you earn will count as one entry into the prize draw for that calendar month. Points must be earned in the relevant draw month and cannot be carried forward to the subsequent month.

Click on My Account on the top right-hand corner of the page to see how many points you have earned. For more detail, you can also click My Activity, which you will find in the My Account menu under My Prizes.

Tell me more about the prize draws

The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective offers entry into a monthly draw with $500 worth of e-gift cards given away each month (1x $100 and 20x$20) for a period of 6 months with first draw on 12.04.2024 and last on 13.09.2024. Full draw details are available on The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective website. Every point you earn completing The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective activities will count as one entry into the prize draw for that calendar month. An unlimited number of entries are permitted for each draw provided you earn points. However, any one member can only win one prize in each draw.

How will I receive my prize?

Winners will be notified by email to the email address you used when you registered to become a member within 2 business days of the draw date. The winners’ names and State of residence will also be posted on The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective website: the7elevenconveniencecollective.com.au You can redeem your prize via the ‘My Winnings’ page on the website by clicking the ‘Redeem’ tab which will generate an email from GiftPay with your prize.

Content deemed to be offensive, abusive, harassing, untrue or unkind will be removed from The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective and your member account may be terminated without notice.

Yes, the app is free to download. You will need a data plan or access to a Wi-Fi network to login and complete activities.

Will the look & feel of surveys and activities change when using the app?

If you are used to accessing The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective from the mobile website, the app will look very similar. If you are used to accessing The 7-Eleven Convenience Collective from a desktop, you will notice some differences.

Why use the app?

You can complete activities, upload photos, and take part in conversations on the go, and have relevant activities sent straight to the you.

What if I get stuck?

Yes, as long as the survey is still running, you can pick up right where you left off.
